I am a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, an entrepreneur, and the founder of Innovative Coaching & Development. I leverage a strong background in leadership development with 20+ years of coaching/mentoring across many fields including entrepreneurship, financial services, marketing, and performing arts.

I started my career as a professional dancer travelling through various parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, and living out my passion in dance. After retiring from performing, I entered the financial services sector which led to leading teams and opening new branches with a focus on retail banking. I then spent years mentoring entrepreneurs as they built their brand and expanded their businesses. This also gave me the opportunity to plan leadership events and speak on stages in Canada and the USA with a focus on leadership development. With pursuing my passions and dreams at the forefront, hard work as my rocket fuel, and ‘butterflies mean go’ as my guide, a less than linear path has led me here today, pursuing my passion as coach.

As a lifelong learner who is naturally curious and has a passion for people, I have completed Indigenous Canada through the University of Alberta, Unconscious Bias training, Introductory Intercultural Exploration with iDi, EQi 2.0 and 360 assessment training, level two Reiki, and have Co-Authored a best-selling book.

I now work with entrepreneurs and high-performing leaders utilizing a powerful, thought-provoking, and non-directive coach approach. My clients describe me as intuitive, compassionate, and warm, creating a safe space for vulnerability, clarity, and forward momentum. My greatest desire is to support people to reach their highest potential and know the power that lives within them; to be a sounding board, thinking partner, to challenge my clients’ limiting beliefs, and hold up a mirror to their brilliance.

Outside of work I am married to the love of my life, Mom to three beautiful and active kids, published author, and a lover of a good kitchen dance party.
